01 General Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Agreement") constitute a legally binding contract between you ("Player", "User", "you") and bd bajii ("we", "us", "our", "the Platform") governing all use of the bd bajii website accessible at https://bd-bajii.com and any associated mobile-optimised interfaces, sub-domains, and services. By accessing, registering on, or placing any real-money wager via bd bajii, you confirm that you have read, understood, and unconditionally accepted this Agreement in its entirety.

bd bajii reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any provision of this Agreement at any time. Where material changes are made, bd bajii will notify registered players via the email address associated with their account or via an in-platform notification. Continued use of the platform after such notification constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. It is your responsibility to review this Agreement periodically to ensure you are aware of the current version.

This Agreement is written in English and governs your relationship with bd bajii in its English form. bd bajii is operated as an online gaming and sports betting platform serving players in Bangladesh. All monetary amounts referenced in this Agreement are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT, ৳) unless otherwise stated. References to payment methods (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay) are references to third-party mobile financial service providers operating independently of bd bajii; their use is subject to the respective provider's own terms and conditions.

These Terms & Conditions should be read in conjunction with bd bajii's Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which are incorporated herein by reference and form part of this Agreement. In the event of any conflict between the provisions of this Agreement and any promotional or bonus-specific terms published on the platform, the promotional terms shall prevail with respect to that specific promotion only.

02 Eligibility & Age Restriction

To be eligible to open and maintain an active bd bajii account, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at all times during which your account remains open:

• You are at least 18 years of age.
• You are accessing the platform voluntarily and for personal entertainment purposes only.
• You are not subject to any self-exclusion order, cooling-off period, or suspension applied by bd bajii or any other gaming platform.
• You are not acting on behalf of any third party, employer, or organisation in relation to your use of the platform.
• Real-money online gaming is not prohibited by any law or regulation applicable to you in your current jurisdiction.
• You have not previously been banned or permanently excluded from bd bajii under any account name, email address, payment method, or device.
• You are a natural person — corporate entities, trusts, partnerships, and automated bots are not permitted to hold player accounts.

bd bajii employs age and identity verification procedures as part of its Know Your Customer (KYC) process. Players will be required to submit government-issued identification documents — such as a National Identity Card (NID), passport, or birth certificate — before withdrawals are processed. Failure to complete KYC verification within 30 days of account registration, or upon specific request from bd bajii's compliance team, may result in account suspension.

bd bajii takes the protection of minors extremely seriously. 03 Account Registration

Each individual player is permitted to hold exactly one (1) active bd bajii account at any time. Opening duplicate, secondary, or multiple accounts — whether under the same or different personal details — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of this Agreement. bd bajii reserves the right to close all duplicate accounts and, at its sole discretion, forfeit any balances or winnings held across duplicate accounts.

Registration Requirements

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information including but not limited to: your full legal name as it appears on your government-issued identification, a valid and active email address, a valid Bangladesh mobile number, your date of birth, and your preferred payment method. You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of this information and must notify bd bajii promptly of any changes.

• All registration information must be truthful, accurate, and verifiable.
• You must use your own name — registering under a pseudonym or another person's identity is forbidden.
• Your registered mobile number must be one to which you have personal, exclusive access — shared numbers are not permitted.
• Your registered email address must be one to which you have personal, exclusive access.
• You must not share your account credentials (username and password) with any third party under any circumstances.

Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your bd bajii account credentials. bd bajii will never ask you to provide your password via email, live chat, or any other communication channel. If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must contact bd bajii support immediately via live chat or at [email protected]. bd bajii cannot be held liable for losses arising from unauthorised account access where the player failed to adequately protect their login credentials.

04 Deposits & Withdrawals

bd bajii supports deposits and withdrawals in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) via a range of local payment methods. The minimum deposit amount is ৳300. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. All transactions are processed in BDT and there are no platform-imposed currency conversion fees on standard bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay transactions.

Accepted Payment Methods

• Mobile Wallets: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay — standard processing time: deposits under 60 seconds, withdrawals within 5 minutes.
• Debit/Credit Cards: Visa, Mastercard — subject to issuing bank processing times, typically 1–3 business days for withdrawals.
• Bank Transfer: Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank — withdrawal processing time: 1–3 business days.
• Cryptocurrency: USDT TRC-20, USDT ERC-20 — withdrawal processing time: subject to blockchain confirmation times.

Withdrawal Conditions

Before any withdrawal request is approved, the following conditions must be satisfied: (a) your account identity has been fully verified via KYC; (b) you have wagered your total deposited amount at least once (1x) on eligible real-money games; (c) any active bonus funds are subject to their specific wagering requirements before becoming withdrawable; (d) no active fraud investigation or dispute is associated with your account.

Withdrawals must be made to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit wherever technically possible. This is an anti-money-laundering (AML) requirement and cannot be waived. bd bajii reserves the right to request additional documentation — including source of funds evidence — before processing withdrawal requests above ৳50,000.

05 Bonuses & Promotions

bd bajii offers a range of promotional offers to both new and existing players, including welcome bonuses, deposit match bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, reload bonuses, and seasonal promotions tied to events such as BPL, Eid, and Pohela Boishakh. All promotional offers are subject to the specific terms published alongside that offer, as well as the general bonus conditions set out in this section.

General Bonus Conditions

• All bonuses awarded by bd bajii carry a wagering requirement unless explicitly stated otherwise in the offer-specific terms. The standard wagering requirement is 25x the bonus amount unless a different figure is specified.
• Wagering requirements must be completed within the validity period stated in the offer. Bonus funds and any associated winnings that remain subject to wagering at the expiry of the validity period will be forfeited.
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn until all applicable wagering requirements have been met in full.
• Only one promotional offer may be claimed per player, per promotion period, unless bd bajii explicitly states otherwise.
• bd bajii reserves the right to amend, suspend, or withdraw any promotional offer at any time without prior notice, except where a player has already opted in and begun satisfying the applicable wagering requirements.
• Bonus abuse — including but not limited to multi-accounting for bonus purposes, collusion between players, or exploiting promotional terms in a manner inconsistent with good faith participation — will result in forfeiture of all bonus funds and may result in account suspension.
• bd bajii's decisions regarding bonus eligibility, wagering contribution calculations, and bonus forfeiture are final and binding.

Wagering Contribution Rates

Different game categories contribute at different rates toward satisfying bonus wagering requirements. Slots and crash games typically contribute 100% of stakes wagered. Live casino table games (baccarat, blackjack, roulette) typically contribute between 10% and 25% of stakes wagered. Sports betting wagers on odds of 1.50 or above typically contribute 100%. Specific contribution rates are published in each individual offer's terms and may differ from these standard rates.

06 User Obligations & Prohibited Conduct

As a player on bd bajii, you agree to use the platform solely for lawful, personal entertainment purposes and in accordance with this Agreement. The following conduct is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms & Conditions:

• Providing false, misleading, or unverifiable personal information during registration or KYC verification.
• Opening or operating more than one bd bajii player account, whether under the same or different personal details.
• Using the platform for money laundering, fraud, or any other financial crime or criminal activity.
• Exploiting software errors, bugs, or technical malfunctions to gain an unfair advantage over the platform or other players.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or any mechanical or electronic aid to gain an unfair advantage.
• Engaging in any form of collusion with other players to manipulate game outcomes or sports betting markets.
• Placing wagers on your behalf through another player's account, or placing wagers on another player's behalf through your own account.
• Threatening, harassing, or abusing bd bajii staff or other players via live chat, email, or any other communication channel.
• Attempting to access bd bajii's systems, databases, or internal code without authorisation.
• Circumventing geo-restriction, self-exclusion, or account suspension measures using VPNs, proxy servers, or any other technical method.

bd bajii reserves the right to take immediate action — including account suspension, balance freezing, and permanent exclusion — upon detection of any prohibited conduct. Where prohibited conduct involves financial crime, bd bajii may report the matter to relevant authorities and cooperate fully with any resulting investigation.

07 Account Suspension & Closure

bd bajii reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account, with or without prior notice, for any of the following reasons:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Failure to complete KYC identity verification within the required timeframe.
• Suspicion of fraud, money laundering, or any other financial crime.
• Detection of duplicate or multi-account activity.
• Use of prohibited software or automated tools.
• Abusive behaviour directed at bd bajii staff or other players.
• At the player's own written request (voluntary account closure or self-exclusion).
• Inactivity — accounts with no login activity for 12 consecutive months may be classified as dormant.

Dormant Accounts

An account is considered dormant after 12 consecutive months of inactivity (no login, no deposit, no wager placed). bd bajii will notify you via your registered email address before applying dormancy status. Dormant accounts with a balance above ৳100 will retain their balance indefinitely; bd bajii does not charge dormancy fees. However, dormant accounts may be closed if no response is received within 90 days of the dormancy notification, in which case any remaining balance will be held in trust and made available upon identity-verified claim.

Voluntary Closure

You may request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting bd bajii support via live chat or email at [email protected]. Before closure, any active bonus funds subject to uncompleted wagering requirements will be forfeited. Any withdrawable real-money balance will be returned to your registered payment method following successful KYC verification. Voluntary closure requests are typically processed within 2 business days.

08 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted under applicable law, bd bajii's total aggregate liability to any player for any claim arising from or in connection with this Agreement or the use of the platform — whether in contract, tort, negligence, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

bd bajii shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages — including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of revenue, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or loss of opportunity — arising from your use of or inability to use the platform, even if bd bajii has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

• bd bajii does not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, or virus-free access to the platform. Scheduled maintenance windows and unexpected outages may occur; bd bajii is not liable for losses arising from temporary unavailability.
• bd bajii is not liable for losses resulting from the actions of third-party payment providers (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, Mastercard, or any bank) including delayed transactions, incorrect credits, or service outages on those networks.
• bd bajii is not responsible for any tax obligations arising from your winnings. It is your sole responsibility to declare and pay any taxes applicable to gaming winnings in your jurisdiction.
• bd bajii is not liable for losses resulting from the use of inaccurate or outdated odds data in sports betting where such inaccuracy results from a technical error and the bet has not yet been settled.
• In the event of a technical malfunction that results in an incorrect game outcome or payout, bd bajii reserves the right to void the affected wager and return the staked amount to the player's account balance.

Nothing in this Agreement excludes or limits bd bajii's liability for fraud, gross negligence, wilful misconduct, or any liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable mandatory law. If any provision of this Agreement is found to be unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
